- Heat 90 g / 3,17 oz of filtered water up to 95 °C / 176 °F.
- Whisk in 30 g / 0,04 oz of chocolate.
- The longer you stir, the creamier your chocolate gets.
- Serve hot or cold.
- When served hot, drinking temperature is best at 72 °C / 161,6 °F.
- To make it perfect: top with cinnamon and stir with orange zest!
Tip: Use a milk steamer or a hand blender for a different texture.
