A-EDITION

Finca El Cerro Lot 2 - anaerobic

The Finca El Cerro Lot 2 anaerobic is the first coffee to be released as part of our newly created A-Edition. It has a super rich and complex body, is floral and - in the beginning - has notes of red fruits, lime, black tea and dates. Later we could taste hints of rum, green grapes and anise. It is a fun coffee, sweet with a vibrant acidity and a silky mouthfeel. Enjoy!

The A-EDITION

With the A-EDITION we are showcasing microlot farm coffees, which we found remarkably outstanding. It's a subjective choice of course but we do hope you too will like the coffees featured here.

Flavour profile:
Red fruits, lime, black tea, dates, rum, green grapes and anise notes. A sweet and rich-bodied coffee with a vibrant acidity and a silky mouthfeel.

The farms special micro climate is helped by the indigenous forest that covers part of the property. In 2016 they decided to process their own coffee, they own a small eco-friendly coffee mill where they can do their own wet milling. At Finca El Cerro coffee is passion, not only growing it, but processing it, cupping and brewing it.
